$795/week* (5-7 nights)

For stays of more than one week, additional nights will be pro-rated at the weekly rate.

For stays of less than one week, the daily rate is $160*.  Minimum booking is 3 nights, except between established bookings.

Out cleaning fee is $100

All charges are subject to Hawaii General Excise and Transient Accommodations taxes totaling 11.4166%.

*During the holiday period from December 15th through January 5th, the minimum booking is one week, and the rate is $1,025/week.

Reservation and Security Deposit:

To confirm your reservation, a security deposit of $300 and the completed and signed rental agreement are due within ten days of making your reservation.  The deposit, which is separate from the rent, will be mailed back to you, less any loss or damage to the home or contents, approximately two weeks after your departure.

Rental/Out Cleaning Fee/Taxes:

The full amount of the rental, along with the out cleaning fee and taxes are due 60 days prior to your arrival.  (If reservation is made within 60 days of arrival date, the full amount of rental/out cleaning fee/taxes is due with the security deposit and completed and signed rental agreement.)

Payment Terms:

Payment may be made by personal check, cashier's check, or money order (subject to cleared funds); or by VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover.  For credit or debit card payments, Kauai Waterfall will send an invoice/request for payment to your email address via PayPal Email Payments.  You do not need a PayPal account, and payments are made on PayPal’s secure website.

     
     

Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations must be submitted in writing.  Refunds will be made based on the amount of days the notice is submitted prior to the rental term, as follows:

·         90+ days written notice prior to the rental term - The security deposit, less a $75 administration fee, will be refunded.

·         60-89 days written notice prior to the rental term – The entire security deposit will be forfeited.

·         Less than 60 days written notice prior to the rental term – The entire security deposit and the entire prepaid rent, out cleaning fee, and taxes will be forfeited unless the accommodation can be re-rented for the rental term.

Check out time:  11:00 AM (or earlier)
